Why are so many women getting breast implants these days? Over 350,000 every year! It is pretty interesting that breast enhancement surgery has come out of the shadows after a few decades of a sort of seedy past. A woman might have hoped for something to happen to her personally that in fact never occurs. There are some studies out that actually link breast augmentation to suicide in these cases. Be sure to pay attention to this if you suffer from low self-esteem. You simply cannot look for something external to improve a poor self-image. A low self-esteem is better dealt with through a counselor than with a plastic surgeon!
